Refund policy

UNFRAMED PRINTS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork we would love to hear from you to see if we can remedy the situation.  Please email info@songofabsolution.com within two weeks of delivery if this is the case.

In the unusual event of an incorrect or damaged order, email us at info@songofabsolution.com for a replacement. 

When damage in transit occurs:

1) Place the item back in its original packaging and keep all packing materials.

2) Email us and let us know what damage occurred.  Pictures of the damage (both packaging and product) are extremely helpful for our claims against the carrier.  Please email them if you can.

3) We will begin production of your replacement piece immediately.

How to return unframed prints:

- Within 7 days of delivery contact us by email at joslyn@briankuhlmann.com and inform us of your intent to return.

-Repackage the artwork in the original packing materials. If the original packaging is not available, then you must purchase similar materials or pay a shipping professional to do so. 

-Use a trackable shipping service to make your return shipment.

FRAMED PRINTS

Each framed prints is made to order specifically for you, therefore is considered custom and cannot be returned.
